Our orders are processed within 2-4 working days and are then ready for dispatch (custom orders may take longer to process). We use plastic-free packaging and climate-friendly shipping.

Due to customs requirements, we unfortunately do not deliver to Switzerland.
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 15 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
Return
You can return items purchased from fejn jewelry within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items directly, only refund them.
The right of return only applies to unworn and flawless items. If items show signs of wear, we are unfortunately unable to accept them back. Sale products and custom-made items (such as personalized bracelets and engravings) cannot be exchanged.
We include a return form with every shipment (on the back of the invoice). If you no longer have it, you can download it here . Please enclose the completed form with the return, the return must be sent directly to:

Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging if possible. Use protective packaging if necessary. You assume the direct costs and responsibility for returning the goods to us. We recommend insured shipping with DHL or UPS.
Please do not send your package as a registered letter to our store, as we are not always available on site and, due to capacity reasons, are unfortunately unable to collect packages from post offices. Thank you for your understanding!
Complaint
Did your order arrive damaged, or is there a material defect? Then please send us an email to info@fejn.com with a photo of the damaged item and the order or invoice number. If there is a material defect, we will repair or replace the defective item free of charge within 3 months of purchase. After that, we will be happy to make you an individual offer for the repair - in the spirit of sustainability.
Refund of the purchase price
After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to be processed depends on the payment method and can take up to 14 days.If you have any further questions, please send us an email to info@fejn.com .

fejn jewelry not only wants to provide you with good products, but also reward you if you do not return the items.
In this way, we can make a further contribution to climate protection and avoid CO 2 , which is generated during return transport, as well as additional packaging waste.
We cooperate with Keepoala for this. After registration, your <shop name> order is automatically recorded in Keepoala. You earn points by keeping the order or, in the case of an unavoidable return, by telling us the reasons why you have to send something back to us. You can use the points you collect directly for your next purchase with us or redeem them for alternative, sustainable rewards.

Why is it so important to avoid returns?
In Germany alone, around 10 packages are returned every second. That's the same amount of CO₂ emissions per year as flying around the world 17,500 times. But you would have at least seen a bit of the world, whereas a returned item represents an unnecessary burden on the environment. You are unhappy with the item, the online shop is unhappy with your return, and the environment suffers as a result.
With every return you avoid, you save at least 1.7kg of CO2. This is regardless of the additional packaging waste that is not generated because your returned item is repackaged and shipped after being restocked. So after 7 avoided returns, you have saved the CO2 content that one tree compensates for in a year through your environmentally conscious shopping behavior.
How does Keepoala work?
Keepoala avoids returns through the ordering behavior of online shoppers. With the help of the Keepoala app, online shoppers can track their online orders and take part in challenges together as a community, motivate others to be more sensitive when shopping online, serve as a role model and collect points for doing so.
You collect Keepoalas via the Keepoala website or directly by using the mobile app.
Do I have to participate? Does Keepoala cost me anything?
No, participation in the Keepoala program is of course voluntary and free of charge for you.
Why doesn’t Keepoala plant trees to offset the climate?
There are already numerous providers who support you in planting trees and do an excellent job. Keepoala wants to help you prevent environmental pollution before it is emitted, rather than being another alternative to simply offset CO2 .
Who is behind Keepoala?
Keepoala is a young company from Munich, founded in 2021 by Sebastian, Tjark and Eik. The three have known each other since childhood and have made it their mission to make online retail more sustainable together. They don't want to wait for the big fashion companies to decide on their own to do more, but rather give us all a digital companion to fight against the return madness as an environmentally conscious community.
